The Weekly Review Ritual is built on a Negative Scoring Accountability System. Instead of tracking achievements, it focuses on the "gap" of work left unfinished to ensure team alignment and commitment reliability.
(Tasks Missed / Total Tasks) × -100.((Missed + Late Tasks) / Total Tasks) × -100.-15% means committing to miss no more than 15% of tasks).

💡 Note on Negative Values: A score of 0% represents perfect task execution. A score of -100% means no assigned work was completed. The goal is to keep scores as close to 0% as possible.
